First coach owner. Just got it back to Maryland after purchase from LA. The RM GPS is dangerous but will leave that for another day. Need help in understanding the AGS. There seems to be two options for setting up AGS, The Energy Command 30 and the Magnum Energy Remote Control? Is this true? Why two? Which is the proper way to use these? Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome, what year coach?
The RM probably needs the SD carded updated. My brand new 19 didn't work until I updated the SD card.

The AGS is programmed on the Command 30. The Magnum AGS mode is not used by Entegra.

That would help- 2019 Aspire 40P. Yes updated the chip. Riverpark sending out a replacement.

Lucked out on my answers not knowing the year and model

A corrupt SD card does happen once in awhile. On the 14's the cards had to be replaced after the first upgrade....The cards were not large enough to hold the new maps.

it is probably going to take someone with the same year and model of your coach (2019 Aspire). I have the AGS capability in my 2019 Cornerstone but mine is built into the Firefly Vegatouch system so no longer have the EC-30s and no idea what the remote is. I don't think that your coach has the VegaTouch in it. If no one responds quickly, give Entegra Customer Service a call Monday and they should be able to tell you.

You use the Command 30 as Chuck said. I have no idea why we have both but I’m sure there’s a good reason [emoji6]. And welcome to the family. We’ve had our 19 Aspire 44B for a little over a year. It’s a great coach.

What part of the democratic republic of Maryland do you live in? We live in Hazzard (Harford County).

Gary, the Command 30 is what we had in our Classics. They are still used in Aspires and below that do not have Vega Touch on the 19's.

OP, the Command 30 manual will have all the settings for the way he want to set it up. JMO, but kick the start volts to around 12V. some factory setting for 11.7 are a little low.

I don't want to highjack the thread, but where is the SD card located and how does one get it updated ?

Under the plastic panel in front of the passenger's seat (fake wood trim). On the back of the Infotainment system there will be an SD card slot. Mine has a green sticker over it.

Is the panel held on with velcro ?

So if I get the card out, where do I go to get it updated ?

Yes, 4 or 5 pieces of Velcro. You need to download the Rand McNally Support Dock Software to a PC (with and SD card reader), register you device and then you can update the SD card.
