I added additional insulation behind it and that helped but this is a much better idea!

Where did you get the piece that mimics the sensor shape that is mounted to the wall?

Gary, I tried the insulation but it didn't help me either.

Tony, that piece isn't necessary but I cut it out of a thin piece of wood. Noel

I had an opportunity to reboot the thermostat today, it fixed my rear air issue.

Pull fuse # 21 or 22 I can remember which, but it is marked, in the fuse panel below the thermostat. Leave it out for 5 minutes will reset the Thermostat. There is also a glass fuse inside of the thermostat.

I also found if an A/C unit quits cooling to check the circuit breakers above the drivers seat. I have had #1 to pop on me, come to find out by talking to others, it is common.

Chuck - can you clarify when, or if, it is necessary to deal with the fuse inside the thermostat.

If it blows. It can also be remove to reset the thermostat. If the printed circuit board in a thermostat goes bad, it can also take that fuse with it.

Noel-
Thanks for the picture of the ac sensor modification. You could probably sell it as a kit!
I am also going to try rebooting the thermostat. My a/c's only run on 1 speed and that is high even when in auto. If I switch to low nothing changes on any of the a/c's. Always the same speed.

How does that song go...
NORTH to Alaska you go north to get the cold.

(ER, that's not quite right but.. Somehow it fits)

Found out last week my Music Director and her hubby are Alaskan land owners.
