Use Lynn's photo for identification, look mid coach close to the floor. It is 2 screw and a plug to replace it or disconnect it in the middle of the night. Pulling the fuse is easier but hard to find in the middle of the night.

Chuck, Mark’s profile is showing a 2016 Anthem 44B. It’s odd it’s not showing up for everyone. I’m using an I Phone.

I can't pull up profiles on my Android. A signature line with year and model makes it easier for everyone. Just trying to be helpful to get the OP the most accurate answers,

Okay that explains why everyone can’t see profiles. Didn’t know different devices worked that way.

Ill give you an answer you didnt ask for, but has now come up in the posts.

You will notice that virtually all of the old timers, and most of the newbies have created a signature area that is added to each post that we make. The signature line containes the year and model of our coaches, our name, and any other information that you think is relevant. That signature area is very important as it lets everyone else know what specific model and floor plan and year you have so we can direct our suggestions and comments specifically to that floor plan. Entegra has enough floor plans that keep evolving over years that the correct answer for one year is the wrong answer for another year.

Creating a signature is very easy. Go to the UserCP button (User Control Panel) on the top left and click that which will take you to a window with Signature line button down the left side. Click that and that takes you to the page where you can enter and edit your signature line. Save and Bingo, you are in business. Now, we have to read your signature and pay attention to your model and year in our answers (and you will get a bunch of answers still that are incorrect by those who dont pay attention, but it will increase the percentage of correct answers).

Welcome to the forum and looking forward to your answers as well as your questions. We all always have a bunch of questions, so feel free.

Gary

I’m sure this is our problem. Thanks so much. I will post the results next week.

Gary,

Thanks for the info. I’m glad your Quartzsite get together went well. I tried to register but I couldn’t, probably because I just joined the association. Maybe next year. We did get to Quartzite and it was something else.

We'd be happy to have you join us. It was a great year.... great weather, great location, great people, great camaraderie. Cant ask for much more. I start talking about it in October or so, and registration is usually open a little later.
