Allison 4000 service
Don't have my manuals here at the house and have a need to know; what is the first service interval on the Allison 4000 in the 2015 Anthem's? At 5k miles is it fluid and filter, filter only, or not anything yet??

From Spartan owners Training book:
4000MH - 2 Internal Filters
Fluid Type - Transynd
Capacity - 37 Quarts
Filters - Allison High Capacity Filters
Service - Transynd: Main and Luube Filters 3 years or 75000 miles. Fluid 150000 or 4 years

The 5k miles service has been discontinued. The standard schedule for TES295 (Transynd or equal), is 36 months for filters and 48 months for fluid or as indicated by the Prognostics in the transmission. Sample testing is also an approved method to extend the fluid schedule.

I think the Anthem with the ISL would have the 3000 MH series. But same lube and filter service interval as the 4000MH series Allison.

The transmission in the 450 2015 Athem is definitely an Allison MH-3000, not an Allison MH-4000 but the service interval is the same.

For 5th generation electronic controls (which you have) Allison recommends checking your shift pad for when the fluid and filters need changing and for when the clutches need servicing.
