Mine will do similar on cold starts like Twinboat states.
Once it heats up, all good. Told “normal” by both Spartan and Cummins.

FWIW, my 2018 Anthem was doing the exact same thing. I chased the problem for quite a while and it turned out one of the house batteries was bad. The problem went away after I changed the house batteries.

It must have been really sick and loading the alternator down too much. Another vote for using the generator to get batteries up versus letting the alternator work too hard.

Bad batteries can lead to so many frustrations and strange complaints. They truly are the heart of the RV and without them working correctly other symptoms can really make you crazy.

After the first minute or so, I've never noticed my voltages or amperages cycling on and off (up or down). Something wrong that needs fixed !
