It isn't just '13's and '14's. I have 2015 that the fan mounting bolts were loose on every unit. I discovered it while changing to the 3 blade fans, which are considerably quieter. Entegra fixed all of them during my 2 year PDI.

Old Crows, I sure can't argue that with you. After loosing one of our A/C on our first trip due to poor quality workmanship I have to totally agree with you. I did not change the fan blades for reasons you explained and so far have not experienced any inside noise and hope I don't.

Guess I better check mine too. I'll get up there this afternoon. I think my RV was built beside the one that was made for Chuck (Brobox).

I am so sorry to hear that. You truly have my sympathy. However, I felt lucky, I only had one out of three A/C's ready to let go.

After reading this thread I went up and checked mu AC units on my 2014 Entegra DEQ. Took off covers and saw some handwriting in magic markers, 1st unit 1 loose mounting bolt, 2nd unit ok, 3rd unit 2 loose mounting bolts and dated 5/16.
I was just at Entegra for my 2 year PDI in May and they had already checked everything and left me some notes. I was very happy.

George, are you saying it was just inspected on your PDI and they were already loose in less than a month? Maybe I better rethink the blue lock tight before leaving. That would mean a 0630 hanger call before it get to hot.

Newmar says to check roof sealant every 6 months, I thought everyone did?

Just checked mine, everything was good but needed a TORX TX27 for the screws on top of the covers.

Go back to the original post about installing Enternabond and you will find the true meaning of that statement.

Chuck, No, mine were not loose again. I'm saying that Entegra in May already went and inspected them during my PDI and they must've found a few loose ones and fixed them and left the notes for me by writing on them with magic marker. I didn't know that Entegra checked those items during my 2 year PDI but was happy they did.

Thanks for clearing that up. That is good news the Entegra is aware of the problem and checks them on the PDI's I don't think my #2 A/C would have made it to the PDI. It has been 108 along the route we have to take to get there and the A/C would have been used hard.
