Some things to consider is that you must have good air pressure in the coach when you level. the air dump valve is a air operated shuttle valve. This means it won't shuttle if you have low pressure. All bags should dump they don't dump at the same speed do to fluid dynamics but when in the dump position they however must dump and they cannot air back up until the air shuttle is pushed back to ride height position which happens at the end of the auto retract cycle when you have air pressure.

Robert was the signal line completely missing due not being installed at factory or installed and not connected? Appreciate your commernts.

It was completely missing. Please understand, though, that I bought the coach "slightly used", about 6 months old and with <5k miles. The previous owner may have done something weird to the coach.

My dealer figured out that the line was missing by comparing ours to a brand new unit that was on the lot.
