Four days from Middlebury to Bend. We'll see.

Let us know how it works out.

That is exactly what we ran into, it wasn't Entegra, it was the suppliers. We needed new batteries but the supplier(s) were close, same for the microwave we wanted to replace. If you have a PDI scheduled during that period, figure on at least 2 weeks if a supplier part is needed. Production is closed, so service can't pull a part from there.

Marc, I don't know if it's true or using the break as an excuse. We ordered a sofa table from the Pumpkin Patch on Hwy 20. They also told us the supplier was closed for the Amish summer break. At least Rise N Rolls stays open along with all the fun place is Shipshewana.

As a frame of reference, ours started on Feb 23, to paint on March 9 and shipped April 20.

Looks like they are moving them through faster now. See Marks post #28. Stew's was in production for 2 weeks. I just learned, after inquiring 2x /week for the last month that ours started on the line May 9th and is now in paint. If you follow Stews frame of reference set forth directly above, mine should be ready on the 10th of July including the shutdown over the 4th and no unforeseen difficulties.

Anyone have a contact number at the factory. We've been using our salesman and the West Coast sales rep. I'd rather get info straight from the source.

I normally dealt with our factory rep (Ted Cook) and CC'd our salesperson. He was good about texting/emailing back, and understanding of our continual interest.

The OP has his factory tour scheduled with Ted Cook tomorrow. He'll be making inquiries on our behalf if he doesn't get too wrapped up in his own build.

Yes I did, still can't believe I bought it. Bought a 2007 Phaeton in 2006 and this will certainly be a step up. The Tiffin was a good coach but this one is apples and oranges!
