Any help on what these plugs are for?

Greetings. I am trying to figure out what these two plugs are for. They are on the door (passenger) side in the basement - second compartment back (behind the cooler/freezer). One may power the matrix controller (you can see on the right side of the plug picture) and the other is a USB transformer. They both go through the small hole to the right of the outlets. They hang upside down from the basement ceiling. I found the USB one hanging and plugged it back in but don't know what it feeds.

Have you checked with the manufacturer? Is there an Entegra Owner's Group on iRV2 or elsewhere?

They run equipment for your. Direct tv and maybe your matrix

Yes, the larger one is for the matrix. It's much easier to just unplug that for a minute or two rather than rebooting your entire coach should the matrix lock up. Ours has a velcro strap around it stuck to the ceiling "carpeting" to stop it from falling out, but I'm not seeing the same on your picture. I have a mod in mind where I want to run ours up into the lounge to make for much easier rebooting should the matrix lock up. I can't remember what the smaller USB plug controls.

OShag, regarding your comment on coach details on signature - please know that those of use who use the iPad app don’t see signature lines and your information that we can look at is blank. So we have no idea of anything about your coach

I can see signature accessing safari on my iPad. I’m not using the app.

And there is the difference. Using Safari you are going direct to the website. Using the app, which is much more convenient, gives a nice interface but Lacks the signature line. If the info is included in the information accessed by clicking on the senders picture thing (can’t remember the name, many of us use the Entegra symbol) it is no big deal.

Had no idea it didn't show on the app. Our Jeep pushes a 2018 Anthem 44A.

SOLVED. Turns out the big plug is for the Matrix controller (which we figured). The USB plug powers an IR remote that transmits the remote signal downstairs. At least that's what its for, whether it works to actually change controller inputs is another issue altogether...
