That would be a big surprise, but hopefully Joyce will be a mainstay for several years to come.

All depends upon the manager, owners and the profit margin (ROI). One can hope but not predict the future. There are no guarantees.
IMO if you approach customer service with a rational, measured request they will do all they can within reason to help you.

Entegra CS
Not to belabor it but the thing that impressed me most about Entegra CS was that they treat me as the original purchaser not a second class used coach buyer. I have never had CS or anyone at Entegra bring up the fact that I bought the coach used a year old. They always respond and provide the most thorough help they can just as if I was the original owner! A wise ploy in my opinion because who knows when I might hit the lotto and be in the market for a brand new coach. Then, again, doubly wise because they cannot keep selling new coaches without a market for used ones so keeping that market happy is sound business!

To go one step further...Jacob, Don Brubaker and Ted Cook all treated me the same way at Travel Supreme when I bought one a year old. When it came time to upgrade, we bought an Entegra because they were all at Entegra in CS. They are still getting repeat customers from the "old" company because of the people.

And an Aspire...I figure at 30% off MSRP we could buy a new one for about $275,000. But then I see 2 year old ones less than $200,000.
There are so many opinions on New vs Used. Some are tainted with jealousy by those who could never afford to buy new. I would love to hear more thoughts from those who've been torn by this decision. Especially from Entegra owners!

If you go used, find one with the old-style bay door locks. Look and see if there are deadbolts in the door. The newer doors have a habit of coming open at the most inopportune times as the door handle locks but the latch does not. If you buy new, get ready to be periodically adjusting and lubricating the mechanisms to minimize problems.
I'm also a retired CPA and my worst decision-RV wise-was trading my Anthem with the old-style doors to a Cornerstone with the new ones.
