Aqua Hot
Ok, we are stuck in Myrtle Beach instead of Fla due to my long recuperation due to much worse than expected rotator cuff surgery. So our plan now is to drive Jeep to MD for Christmas. My question is can I leave the diesel burner on for 6 or 7 days to heat the compartments and coach with no problem. I know I must have more than 1/4 tank of fuel. I was going to disconnect water and seer hoses also.

Assuming you're hooked up to electric, shouldn't be a problem, particularly if you set indoors at 55 or 60. Hope your rotator gets to rotatin' soon.

Ouch - DW went through that a few years ago and may now have to have the other one done.
We left our coach in Hickory for about three weeks connected to 30A with both electric and diesel on. Coach interior was set for 55 and basement on max. It hit 10 one night but no issues.

The temperature has to drop just below 30 and stay there for a few days before your pipes will freeze. I would look at the 10 day weather forecast if it seems to drop substantially below 30, I would go to Menards and buy a few gallons of RV antifreeze and winterize it - it should only take about half an hour do - better safe than sorry!
Good luck with you health!

why not bring all the slides in...less to heat....and all the hoses as you said....then I leave mine on the lowest heat setting which is 45*....to give piece of mind,i also open up the low point drains and drain all the water out of the pipes...that takes about 5 minutes tops....not much to worry about then..Chuck

I saw your coach absolutely beautiful. With this sling on I wasn't getting out too much. Would have liked to have met you. are you headed south?

No, we had to come back home first to get a few things done, then headed South. Praying that you have a speedy recovery......

We were in the country coach across from you. We left Saturday. I thought there was a mini Entrgra rally with an Aspire, an Anthem and the Cornerstone all in the same place .
You will be fine if you put your slides in and set your agua hot at low temp. I do that in colder temps in Virginia and have no issues. Only concern would be a prolonged power outage which is not likely.
Hope you heal quickly and get back on the road.
