Could it be a possible valve in the wrong position? OP didn't say if he had a hot exhaust or not.

Let's see if others have an idea of how to fix it. Now that we know the burner is not firing, have you checked connections on the circuit board if they are all plugged in and tight? It takes power to fire the burner and that is a starting point until Aqua Hot CS is open tomorrow to help troubleshoot.

Pat have you change the position on any of the water valves recently. Even if the burner is not firing you should have hot water on electric. Sounds like there is no demand for hot water. I'm not at my coach but could it be possible the Aqua Hot is on by pass?
Will the burned fire if you set the thermostat to call for heat?

All the valves are in the correct position, its been on electric for 3 straight days , when you turn the as switch on the exhaust does not get hot, you will get about 2 seconds of warm water and thats it on electric only, nothing on gas. Thanks for everyone's help.

Ok when you do find the problem please report back and let us know. I'm sure not much joy without hot water.

There are two circuit boards on your coach inside the aqua hot. Probably one or both are bad. It is a simple fix. Call CS.

Could be low coolant level or level sensor.

That has been posted a couple of time, but the OP has not reported back coolant level or what he has tried.

Chuck I don't think it's been suggested to use your "turn master switch off and reboot" technique yet. Who knows?

I'm not sure, but if the aqua hot is like a generator, it won't burn diesel if below a quarter tank of gas. What is your gas level?

He's not getting hot water on electric, so for now anyway, the burner is innocent until proven guilty.
