AQUA Hot 375LP
I have a 2011 Aqua Hot 375LP. It does not have a control board, stir pump per say and obviously no engine heat. It has two circulation pumps. Pump #1 easy to get two, Pump #2 much more difficult. I have great floor heat in zone 1, which is the front of the coach, great hot water and good heat in the basement. On zone 3 (no aqua hot choice on the thermostat of zone 2 just Heat Pump), the floor registers in the bathroom and back bedroom just blow cool air. I cant really tell if pump #2 is running because it is so far behind the stuff. I have a replacement kit for a circulation pump but before I change that I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

Zone #2 heat from the AquaHot is controlled by the mechanical thermostat in the bathroom on my coach and regulates the heated floors in the forward area of the coach. I also believe you have a 3rd pump which circulates fluid to the rear registers. It is hidden in the compartment just forward of the passenger side wheels. Door for access is hinged at the top but two bolts at the bottom hold it shut. Pump is mounted to forward side wall.

So then you would not have the extra mechanical thermostat in the bathroom just below the electrical cabinet. You are a 42' tag axle coach though right?

I have a thermostat that looks just like that in the basement that controls the basement heat

Rgr, in my 2012 RBQ the floor heat is controlled with the mechanical thermostat in the 1/2 bath...same type of thermostat as the one in the basement. Your rear registers are on Zone #3. With Aquahot on and fluid warm, zone #3 set to heat, and fan set to auto, you should hear a pump whirring when you raise the zone #3 thermostat temp.

Aqua Hot
Interesting that you heat the floor with two different sources. I had to set all three wall stats to 75 to get heat circulated to the rear of our Monaco Windsor. That works for me. Ceiling heat is from rooftop units for 2 zones.

I am starting to doubt myself now. Not having a floor heat circuit in 2011 may mean you don't have that third pump.....would not be required.....maybe.

Back to your question on pump #2 working or not...you should be able to reach in there and place your fingers on the pump to feel if it is turning or not.

Stuck check valve also a possibility
If you can determine that the pump is running, the other common cause is a stuck check valve. Happened a few times on my 2013 RBQ with the 375LP. It had brass check valves and only required a few taps on the valve with a wrench to clear the issue.
Problem was, on that coach the check valves were on the left side of the Aquahot which was up against a bulkhead and not accessible from the front of the Aquahot. I had to cut a hole in the plywood bulkhead to get to the access plate, then drill out the access plate rivets to get to mine.

I was wondering how to access those, I had read a lot about those sticking but could never see them. Thanks if I determine the pump is running I will go that route.

Thanks for that image Rob - Need to make an access panel.
PS Edit - good job cutting that access opening!
