Trying to buy two gallons of the Century Chemical TF1 Transfer Fluid from Amazon for my Aqua Hot system. The below message pops up when I hit the purchase button.

"Sorry, this item can't be shipped to your selected address. Learn more. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order".

Anyone have a hard time getting this product shipped. The Material Data Sheet claims no restrictions on shipping. Spoke to UPS and they have no restrictions on it. UPS Hazmat folks have no issues with it.

Called 3 times to Amazon but keep getting folks from oversees who don't get it. On the phone now with the 2nd supervisor who speaks ENGLISH finally. It seems it wont even ship to the UPS Hazardous material folks. They are perplexed and blame Amazon. Amazon blames the carrier.
Amazon tells me they have a special team working on this and I should hear something in a day or so...

Anyone buy this stuff lately from Amazon or anywhere else. Thanks

I have purchased 1 gallon about 6 months ago. I am prI me member and no problem. Not sure what has changed. ..

I purchased 2 gallons a few months ago and had no problems getting it shipped to me.

Jim, have you tried canceling the order and starting from scratch. Kind of like my Entegra...if it doesn't work, reboot.

We also had no issues ordering on Amaxon and it shipped same day we ordered. It arrived in Pa in 2 days.

I bought it directly from the company in Indiana with no problems. Also I believe it was much cheaper

You can buy it from Entegra, at least while you're at the factory. Don't know if they'll ship it. Think it was about $20 a gal. Noel

Jim I purchased from amazon last spring and did not have any problem.

Last Thursday I tried to order a gallon and got the same message, can't ship. I tried several other address's and got same results. I called Samsung CS and was told it must be my addresses???. Finally l got up the ladder to the "English speaking dept." to someone that was interested. They did a check and said shipping looked at it and said the wrong code was on that item and they can't ship to anyone. CS told me they will get it fixed in 2 or 3 days. So much for that as it's still the same as of this morning.

Since last Thur. Amazon Century fluid has been upgraded to, "Available for Prime shipping".

Aqua-hot said they were still able to ship Century fluid. Century doesn't do retail sales but would let their wholeseller, Flemming who supplies Amazon, know. Century said to call Steve Murphy and he would likely send some out same day. I can't find Steve's number but Ted Cook and a lot of others here know it.
