Call Aqua Hot. I have contacted them and talked to the service reps who are knowledgeable and very helpful. I had to replace a pump but the light on the panel was red instead of green when the system was operational.

The lights only display when the system is running.

If you have no lights there is probably a circuit board that needs resetting or replacing.

Isn't that what it's suppose to do? I do not have any lights for my heat exchanges, just lights on the panel in the basement for the pumps. Mine is a pre 16 classic.

How do you have the AH turned on? Is the electric side working?

Here is what happened to me last year. Try jumping it with a paper clip, if it works you know what is wrong. Worth a try in the cold.

After another Tech failure and a third being too busy to diagnose the problem, I spoke with Aquahot myself last week. Asked if it was possible after being previously told not by a tech, if the low thermostat cut off could be bad? CS said it was ok to jump the LT0 and the LT1, everything fired up as it should and continue to run. They shipped the replacement to Disney, took all of 10 minutes for me to replace it. It is located in the rear of the unit. Remove the Entegra carpeted panel and it unscrews by hand. Reconnect the two wires and you are good to go, only hand tighten. We are back in the cold weather and it is nice to finally have it working again.

The manual states that the “low temp cutoff light” should be lit for the “heat zone light” to light green or red..... this low temp light is NOT lit.... why? What is the function of this light ? Is it a sensor? Where? Could this be my problem?

Ron, you need to tell us what you have. Your bio indicates a 38’ Fleetwood Pace Arrow.

You can get better Info if you share what you’re working on.
