Just completed Aqua Hot’s Tech training just North of Denver Colorado. I would highly recommend it if you are a do it yourselfer like me. Only a $100 bucks for a full day of training and it was well worth it. Will save you $$$$ and you will get your money back the first time you do your own service. Check their website for call dates. Very supportive group of people.

Our tech heard from AH, and they'll pick up the entire tank assembly Monday. Once received, they'll inspect/test to determine cause.

Both our tech and Entegra CS (main contact is Dan) have been super-helpful, and they're doing what they can to make AH understand there is an urgency to situation.

Hopefully, we'll hear a resolution/fix by the end of next week. Thanks,

I just spoke with our AH tech - he received our unit yesterday afternoon, and our coach will be ready to pick up tomorrow.

The tank actually did have a small leak, which is evidently very rare. As noted, the unit was shipped back to AH on the 23rd. Their procedure called for them to re-test the unit to confirm the problem.

All-in-all, our coach was down for 3 1/2 weeks. Through the process, our AH tech (Mister RV in Portland, TN) and Dan at Entegra, were great to work with.

Frustrating for sure - we'll be glad to be back on the road again... Thanks,
