Aqua Hot Leak

Our coach is approaching 5 years as you may have noticed by several posts I’ve made lately a few things are needing attention. Today I noticed a wet spot around 18” in diameter under the AH. It appears green in color and the tank is low so I’m assuming it’s AH fluid. Looking under the coach I did not see evidence of a leak but it may have dried.

The system has never been drained only annual maintenance performed. Any ideas on the cause of the leak and also does anyone have simple instructions for drawing and refilling AH. Thanks all

Check the clear plastic hose between the Aquahot tank and unit. Replace with a 5/8 inch heater hose. They get brittle and leak.

Mike,

By chance, is your expansion tank overflowing thru the clear hose (yellow circle) onto the ground when it runs and heats up? I know it would seem like a question that doesn't need to be asked but... I thought I would throw it out there.
If your lower hose had become brittle and cracked (arrow) I would think that you would feel or see evidence of the fluid staining around the top of the A/H unit or along the left side down near the carpeted floor.
I'm not sure if the Anthem A/H is situated similar to ours in the bay though.
