2 gallons on boiler antifreeze is alot to have lost, your float switch should have cut off when you lost a gallon.
The rules for which antifreeze do I use are simple, If your domestic water line enters the glycol tank, you need propylene glycol. usually pink, non toxic. If your domestic water lines are coiled around and do not enter the glycol tank you can use ethylene glycol. moderately toxic. Also there should be a caution tag on the drain valve hard to get to, between burner head and circulation pumps, bottom front.stating if you need to use propylene
After adding 2 gallons of glycol you really need to check with a refractometer as boiler antifreeze is usually unmixed at -100 degrees and you want -15 to -25 degrees for optimum heat transfer.
Also slope parking will not cause any glycol to leave your boiler tank as it must overcome 13 psi to raise the radiator seal and exit overflow tube. only operating the unit will create enough pressure for fluid to be able to exit. Your overflow tank is part of the system and fluid will travel between the two. your overflow tank should have a cold fill mark and a hot fill mark.
As far as maintaining the glycol, Brown color doesn't mean bad. as long as it's -20 it's good. I recommend a yearly service, which should monitor the temperature and adjust if needed to -20 and a flush every 10 years.

Your Aqua-Hot is a CLOSED pressurized system. It should NOT loose any fluid when parked on a slope.
When the fluid is COLD the level in the expansion tank will be LOW. When the fluid is HOT the level in the expansion tank will be HIGH.
As the boiler coolant heats up it will EXPAND into the expansion tank. As the boiler coolant cools off the fluid will retract back into the boiler tank.
The objective is to keep the levels between the hot and cold levels.

The newer Aquahot systems are not pressurized.

Good morning, where can I buy the Century Fluid? Because I'm on the road, I can't use Amazon.

Yes, you are correct! All of the newer AH units have no radiator cap. Not sure why it had one to begin with seeing that the new units work fine without one.
I guess the overflow/expansion tank would work the same regardless of whether it was pressurized or not providing the level in the boiler tank is FULL.

On the road, a Winnebago or an Entegra dealer or a mobile Aqua Hot tech that you might see in an RV park. Outside of those, it will be hard to find.

Don't see why you can't use Amazon or Roger Berke who also has Century boiler coolant while you are traveling.
I traveled around the country from as far south as Key West FL to as far north as Fairbanks AK for almost 7 years and Amazon was my main shopping center for all those years and still remains as my go-to place for products. Prime member and 2 day free delivery, sometimes one day delivery, you can't beat it!
If you have access to the Internet which appears that you have since you are posting on iRV2.com then you have access to Amazon.

Century Fluid must be tied to the stock market, it is up and down like a yo-yo. Last gallon I paid over $30. Tadd paid $22. today it is $24. I noticed the seller on Amazon is Century Fluid themselves. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_s...ler+antifreeze
Now that I am out of warranty my next fluid change will not be with hard to get, expensive Century Fluid

Aqua Hot also sells it on their website. Green fluid is currently $27.10/gallon plus shipping. Not the cheapest, just another source.

Any plumbing (Plumbers) supply store - it is what is used in boilers with water heater coils - "Safe" not deadly.
Safe is the Key word.
Best of Luck,

Prestone LowTox is green Propylene Glycol. Looks like fluid color has no correlation to chemistry.

Thanks to your successful testing, guess which one I will be switching to when it comes time to change fluid.

Caution: Before switching over to Prestone Low-Tox Propylene Glycol Coolant, I would read through the SDS sheet and compare it to the SDS for the Camco Boiler Coolant SDS.
Prestone Low-Tox SDS
Camco Boiler Coolant SDS
I could not find a SDS for the Century Boiler Fluid.
My take after reading the SDS sheets is that one is safer than the other.
Plus I just realized that Roger Berke is no longer carrying the Century Fluid. There must be a hidden reason as it Aqua-Hots preferred fluid with the Aqua-Hot brand stamped right on the front of the label.
