Aqua Hot LP 375

Ok, I know a lot has been written on the Aqua Hot issue, most posts are diesel models... I have a 2013 Aspire 375 LP... NO Hot WATER.. Reservoir has sufficient yellow fluid..the green light in the bathroom cabinet is on.. I have tried both propane switch AND electric but no go.. Any suggestions, thanks DG

Will your stove light? After storage, I light my stove off after I open the valve. Usually, takes a couple of minutes. On the Aquahot.com website under product libraries you will find the 375lp operating manual, I didn't see the service manual. However, the 400lp service manual is there. The pdf file is to large to attach in this forum. It will take you step by step through the troubleshooting.

I became more familiar with troubleshooting my aquahot 400 because someone had stolen the buck booster boards while it was in for service.

From previous posts, the buck booster board come to mind, but I can't find anything with the search function anymore. It shows the last 5,000 post I have made, but won't find the subject questioned.

Also, a low hose batteries will prevent the lp burner from lighting off. There is a 12V safety circuit for the burner fan to ensure the chamber fumes are evacuated in case of shut down. Low battery faults can be reset by turning the aquahot off for a minute or two. Supposedly, it will reset automatically.

Thanks for the responses, another buck board bites the dust:(.....I'm not the handy sort, but Jeremy from Entegra CS walked me through a troubleshooting exercise.. Determined a faulty buck board .. This forum is awesome... Thanks to all that responded

I too had a buck booster go bad and AH walked me thru the same test you probably did (switch wires from one to the other booster, if fan comes on then booster is bad). I ordered the part and actually it is very easy to remove the old and install the new. Remember when you order the new to ask them to send you the replacement pegs that hold the booster to the frame. Pop out the old, pop in the new, plug in your wires. Pretty simple.

It is a very easy fix once you get the new buck booster. Takes about 10 minutes. Mine had the same issue. With a small,flat screw driver, you can carefully snap out the plastic pegs holding it to the case.

I gave up using any forum search function EXCEPT for the one located in the small blue box labeled "powered by Google" but make sure the iRV2.com button has been checked first before clicking on Search.

All of the other search functions are a waste of time.

It is a shame that the search function here no longer works. There are alot of post I now which I had setup a bookmark folder for. Several of my own photo post I have want to refer back to and I can't find them.

I will try your method as Google alone does not work either. Thanks.

Herb... Yes, I light the stove first...I will try & locate a buckboard in Eugene; Or.... It was previously mentioned to gently remove the board as to not damage the pegs... Are you referring to the green board, or the black board the green portion is attached too?? Suggestions are welcomed

You will have 2 buck booster boards attached to the rear wall. When my buck boards were stolen they were gone. Those stand offs hold the circuit boards off the rear wall. Not hard at all to install.
