Aqua hot problem

Good morning folks

BRRRRRRR! My AH is acting up and it's cold in here....

Yesterday I observed the AH shutting off. I.E. I had both the electric and diesel heat buttons on. During the day, we noticed the the diesel side would shut off. Once I reactivated the diesel side it would work fine. Last night the diesel side shut down and will not restart. Checked the control panel on the unit which shows no faults. Reset anyway but no love. It's hums but will not fire up. The coach is brand new.

Any ideas?
I can't seem to find the 24 service phone number either. Can someone provide that for me?
Thanks in advance

I’m sure you do, but have to ask. Do you have plenty of fuel in the tank.

Guess what. Just checked mine and it’s not working. I have 2/3 tank, but can’t get dash to light up. Green starter ring flashes. Might have to try that bypass button near floor. 29d here right now.

Bypass button?
I have an email in to Joyce. I will share her input once she replies

Mine just fired up for a minute then shut down again.

Did Brobox’s patented 12v reset. Took three times, but Aquahot fired up. This is first Ive needed Aquahot as heat pumps have been sufficient. Problem now is that only rear bath and basement are supplying heat. Kitchen and dash floor heat are both blowing cold. I’ve turned off breakers to heat pumps as they keep trying to run. Makes it difficult to hear if Aquahot is running.

So you reset the 12V battery button three times?

The not starting part was my bad. I didn’t have the key fob near the push button. I still don’t really see the purpose of push button ignitions. I don’t see what was wrong with good old fashioned keys. You still have to carry the fob, so what are you gaining? Oh well, guess I’m dating myself. Still don’t have heat in kitchen or front, but working on it.

Check fluid reveal. New coach will bleed air causing the fluid level to drop which may activate the shut off switch.

Have you checked the status lights? Sounds as if one or more of the pumps may not be working if you are not getting heat in one of the loops.

Per a suggestion from Dieselgem I checked for a kinked line. In our 16 you could see the lines between the slides. On the 21 they are enclosed in the slide. In moving the kitchen slide outward looking for the lines, the heat is started working. The kitchen radiator seems pretty good. The front radiator under the drawer still seems a bit weak, but not completely sure. In any event temp is coming up inside. The big test will be when I pull slide back in. I’ll have to monitor and if heat seems less than adequate, it will probably require a trip to Middlebury. This would be way beyond our selling dealership.
