AquaHot in 2018 Aspire Burner

AH on diesel works fine in moderate temps but when it runs a long time in below 30 temps it cuts out after a few hours and the green light on the switch turns off. While running all lights are green on panel in basement and there is plenty of fluid.
Burner starts up right away when I reset the switch and I have plenty of diesel.
Works ok on electric but that is not enough for heat in these temps.
Last service was in May.
Any ideas or suggestions on what I can do to keep it running so it won’t be so cold in the morning because AH burner went to sleep?

Green light on the switch going off is an indication of a Webasto burner control having an error. These can be tough to troubleshoot as there are multiple points of failure.
Below is the manual that can guide you through it.

I have the same exact problem. I had the thermostat control module replaced, but it did not fix the problem

I own an Entegra, and I'll add my thanks. While I'm not presently having any issues with my AH, I will keep this in my back pocket "just in case".

Spk64 thanks for posting the Webasto info, good stuff!

To the OP, when did you last have your AH service? As stated symptom can be caused by many things, but in my case it was a sooted over flame sensor occuring only a little over a year from prior service.

It was last serviced at Entegra factory last April.
Seems like it just does not want to work very hard. It was fine at the Tampa RV show where we only needed it for hot water. Then last night which was not as cold as previous, I set the temps much lower and turned off floor heat. Diesel did not switch itself off. So it is an intermittent thing.

Jerry, follow Buddy110 post, he is having the same problem. He just left NIRVC where they jumped the pins to bypass the Vega Touch, after replacing almost everything. It might be just the vega touch needs to be rebooted with a 12v power shut off. That Aqua Hot issue happened with my AC's (it's all I use ) after a VT update http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/ongoing-aqua-hot-problem-s-474090-4.html#post5118963

Thanks, but no VT in my Aspire. The current Aspires do have VT.

My bad, I just saw 2018 before sharing the post. I didn't know what year they made the change.
