AquaHot power source

I am re-assessing my procedure yesterday of me changing out the House batteries. I shut everything down, salesman switch , all breakers inside coach set to off ... inverters switched to off. I checked everything making sure all was off prior to removing the batteries .. I noticed on the panel that the switch with the electric side of the burner was still on showing a green light , went too aquahot and saw some power with green lights on the panel , so my question. where is the AQUA drawing power from ? or is it directly wired to the house bank ?

It might be. There are some things that don't get disconnected with the salesman switch. Smoke and CO detectors, all the 12 volt receptacles in the dash area, probably others too.
Later...

Yours may be wired differently then my 2015 but the 12 volt power for my Aquahot comes from the front run bay (ourside under the drivers seat) This bay has power and fuses for the dash and seats etc. I believe It is supplied by the starting batteries NOT the house batteries that you changed out.

I may be wrong on this so I hope someone with better knowledge will chime in!

Power is supplied by both. The aqua hot panel will be powered by the chassis batteries should the house batteries get run down or shut off. This is so that the cool down/purge cycle can run if all other power is shut off while the aquahot is running or is recently shut down. At the bottom left of the panel, "JP8" optional is run to the chassis batteries.

I know that our '06 Dynasty is a breed and a generation away from your coach, but I suspect the design criteria might be applicable. On our coach there was more than one source of power for the AquaHot system. One of those is actually between the battery and the battery disconnect. I'm talking house battery. The reason for that is that if you remove power from the AquaHot completely while it is either running on diesel or was just shut down from running on diesel, it needs to run the combustion fan long enough to cool down the combustion chamber. If we park our rigs, turn them off and completely power down the AquaHot while it the burner is operating, the damage will be costly. For that reason, they ensured that power would be available to protect the AquaHot regardless of the actions of the operator. Probably pretty good planning.
