Having used the AH in my old coach for a number of years, I thought I understood most of the unique characteristics of these systems. In my old coach, I could either set the thermostat to "Heat Pump" and run the AC units on the roof as heat pumps to produce warm air from the ceiling vents OR I could set the thermostat to "Furnace" and get the heat from the floor vents. But I couldn't run both systems concurrently. In my Anthem, I can't figure out how to get warm air out of the floor vents without getting cold air out of the ceiling vents. This occurs even when the outdoor ambient is +50 degrees, well above the temp limit for the AC units to produce heat.
Any thoughts would be helpful...Tony at Entegra CS in stumped!
