Having used the AH in my old coach for a number of years, I thought I understood most of the unique characteristics of these systems. But now I'm struggling to get the heating system to work as well in the Anthem as the old system worked in the Beaver.
In my old coach, I could either set the thermostat to "Heat Pump" and run the AC units on the roof as heat pumps to produce warm air from the ceiling vents OR I could set the thermostat to "Furnace" and get the heat from the floor vents. But I couldn't run both systems concurrently. In my Anthem, I can't figure out how to get warm air out of the floor vents without getting cold air out of the ceiling vents. This occurs even when the outdoor ambient is +50 degrees, well above the temp limit for the AC units to produce heat.
Any thoughts would be helpful...Tony at Entegra CS in stumped!
Thanks
Here is a post by Marc, MRUSA14 that has been my bible for the operation of our AH units. Perfect step by step instruction. http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/aqua...ml#post2111577

Thanks for your guidance re: the operation of the AH in my 2016 Anthem. Your suggestions solved the problem I was having. The system now works the way I expected it to work.
Thanks again

That's the fun and great value of this forum, we have enough regular posters that someone almost always has had the problem we have and is willing to share the solution. I gain way more than I contribute to this forum and it works great for all of us.
