Are freestanding tables really freestanding?

When the option is for the freestanding table and chairs, is this a true freestanding table that can be removed or is the table top mounted into the cabinet behind it?

Thanks.

In our previous fifth the table was mounted to the floor. In our Motorhome I attached the original dinette both table to the wall. The one leg , on the outside edge, sits on the laminate we put in.

Ours is the pullout with cabinet and drawers attached to the coach wall.

Unless Entegra has changed things on the newer, new models, the freestanding table has no legs, so it is freestanding, but it is attached on inside of the cabinet.

Would one of you that have the 'freestanding' table tell me how it is attached please?

Thanks!

Oh !

Thank you, that is what I needed to know. We have been watching videos on various models for the space available when the slide is closed. We noticed that those tables regardless of booth or chair stick out a bit more than we like and were thinking that if you could take the table out and mount it to legs you could have a true 'freestanding table'. (Like SOB does) and turn it sideways while traveling, thus eliminating the part that juts out.

Looking at that picture though leads me to think that just taking it out altogether and replacing with a freestanding table might be a better solution. Hmmmm....

Thanks again!
Angie
