Our coach is now back at Entegra for its punch list update. They are SO EASY to work with. Joyce and Brian (lead service man) spent almost 4 hours with us going over every item on our list, discussing what they will do, and what they will do after our list is resolved. Basically they will do another full inspection of their own before we come pick it up. My wife and I left the facility truly feeling involved and vested in the process. Brian stayed past his normal quitting time to make sure we had all of our questions answered. We also met Don, who is also a great person to work with. It's very refreshing to see a company that is dedicated to their customers. None of our punch list items is serious. In fact, with a machine this complicated I'd be stunned if anyone could make a perfect coach without a few post production adjustments.
Back to tags and "coach envy"... I agree that our new coach is amazing, beautiful, and a huge step up for us. Maybe someday we'll upgrade to a tag axle, but for the forseeable future we will have many enjoyable miles with this amazing machine. The build quality, the company backing it up, and the coach itself make us happy RVers! It's also great to be involved with such a great group of Entegra and TS owners. Thanks for everyone's support and encouragement.
