So have you tried to *fully* deflate the airbags before letting the jacks make contact? The coach should finish its forward motion during the air bag dump. After that deploy the jacks. That works for me as mentioned previously. Then, if Newmar allows you to retract the jacks before airing up you shouldn't have any crow hop during that process either.

As mentioned, I use the control pad and lower the Coach down to the frame, start the engine, hit the "On" button on the HWH pad, press the store button, go out and do my walk a round as it airs up and the jack's retract the rest of the way. No more skidding of the jack pad's. Learned to do this years ago when I bought the Coach. One of the jack mounting brackets is bent slightly from the jacks skidding......could bend a cylinder if condition's were right....

Entegra’s Fix

Not sure what fix they did but in today’s world it seems to be a different.
Just came from Middlebury repair camp and the position from Equilizer is they have no fix. It is an Entegra problem because Entegra defined the perimeters for the jacks and Equilizer just built them. When you go to Middlebury with a problem with leveling jacks, Gerard awning, flexsteel, or cosmetic issue with ultra leather they call in a third party to do the repair. Now if it is a direct exchange the Entegra techs may perform the work. This has been my experience. If the third party like Equilizer says it is not a warranty item or no solution to the issue then Entegra considers the problem not a problem.
