Aspire Winegard Sensar Antenna Crank question

Do any other Aspire owners with the Sensar crank up antenna have the issue of not being able to swing the crank all the way around when the slide out room is in? Placement an inch or two further inboard would eliminate the issue.

Noticed this today, of course the engine was running so had to shut the engine down, extend the slide a few inches, crank the antenna down, etc.

Besides a procedural change, any other solutions? Has anyone replaced their Sensar with a Jack? (no crank needed). If so was the Jack vs. Sensar reception equal, better, worse? We use OTA TV often so looking for a strong performer.

Thanks!

Crank on Sensar

Mine is barely okay to crank when the slide is in. Perhaps the factory was an inch or so off on yours. Maybe they just measure the location and don't use a stencil or jig.
