Back up Camera hard to see

Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone has had problems with the clarity of the backup camera on the radio screen. On mine it always appears dark and out of focus. I can barely make out my tow car. On the bottom screen everything is clear. I seem to have the same problem when I switch the picture to the tv's. Does anyone know if there are any adjustments on the video switcher before I pull the dash apart.

I wish that I could help you, but I have been fighting a problem with my backup camera for a year. The best thing that I have found, and it may not be related, is to leave the cabinet above the drivers seat open. Mine works much better when I do that.

What year and model coach? There have been several different BU cameras installed.

I too have a 2015 Cornerstone. The BU camera is crappy but serviceable . Oddly, the side view cameras are much sharper/clearer. I think Total Vi$ion is the solution.

The 2014 are just the opposite. Sharp picture on the BU camera, but too wide of an angle. Crappy side cameras that produce purple images.

Hard to give the OP an answer as I think they have changed cameras each year. Hope some other 15 owners can give some input.

My suggestion didn't work for me. My rear camera worked all day yesterday, but I when I turned it on this morning, nothing. It is going to be a hard drive into Atlanta without a rear camera.

I had my lower screen go out (2015 Aspire) and it was a loose connector on the back if the screen. You can lift the dash panel tray and get to all the plugs. I secured the cable with a zip tie to help with vibration.
