Backup Camera Blue Screen - 2015 Cornerstone

Backup Camera works occasionally, maybe a few minutes or a few hours then goes to a blue screen may last for several days. Connections behind the screen and at the camera seems to be okay. Would appreciate trouble shooting suggestions.

Thanks,

Your camera is probably failing. I would go to the rear, unplug and the camera at the back and then wait a minute and plug back in. That resets your connection at the rear. Your camera switch is probably behind your overhead tv. If it is, you have to remove that to swap the camera inputs to see if the issue stays with the camera. Contact your selling dealer or any NIRVC service department for assistance with this issue.

I have a friend with a 2015 Anthem that I helped with a similar issue a few years back. It was the Connex box which I think is behind the dash. One of the outputs had failed. I swapped the failed output to one of the other ports until they were able to get a replacement unit.

Your issue sounds different but it's probably worth checking out that box. Could be as simple as a loose connection.

Correct the switcher box and coax cables are right behind the screens and ac controls.

If your side cams still work that narrows it down to the rear cam, the cable or the input on the Connexx switcher.

Should it be the Connexx switcher, here is the Entegra part info:

0256097 CONTROL,3 CAMERA AUTO SWITCH WITH MINI FIT CAMERA CONN CVS375-02

You can probably get it cheaper elsewhere, try rvcams.com.

Tim at rvcams may also be able to help you troubleshoot and identify the failed part.

Here's another photo of the Connexx switcher:
