I talked to Spartan yesterday and was told that Aguirre in Buda does not have the tool or an Spartan certified tech. Maybe there is another shop in Buda? Was told Cat Holts in San Antonio was closest to me.

Interesting. Found them on the Spartan website. Even had a call from Spartan for them to get pics of leaking radiator while it is there. Aguiar is mostly body and paint, ask for Felix, his mechanics have done quite a few.

Just wondering if you checked with Holt Cat in PFlugerville? They didn't originally have the tool, but wondering if they do now? Buda folks told us they'd need the coach a full week for this recall; this won't work for us, as they do not connect coach to shore power.

Holt wanted it a week for a Lube Job. Buda has mine plugged in, picking it up Monday afternoon. We get different stories for sure.

An experienced shop can do the job in around three hours if no unforeseen problems. But again, if a shop hasn't the tool; and then when they do get it, there will be a learning curve that will take awhile. But surely not a week for the job. Most likely scheduling issues. I'm very pleased with the job from Colton Truck Terminal Garage. Outstanding service.
