Just got my fridge and tray mounted.........plugged in.......NO POWER on 120V outlet.........hmmmmmm........checked all that I know.........any ideas????

Problem solved: Must hold down on power button at least 3 seconds to power freezer up.........I had not had it on since last summer........the mind is the first thing to go...

Welcome to the basement freezer club. We use ours all the time and I have seen post where some have two freezers (one set for freezer and one set higher for a refrigerator). The issue with a basement freezer is you won't know if you have a problem until you open it. We put a freezer alarm in the freezer. There are two sensors, so the other is in the basement near the freezer. We put the display/alarm unit in the cabinet above the entry door.
