Basement Heat

Is the basement heat readout on the vegatouch ok to rely on to make sure things don’t freeze? Has anyone every had anything freeze with the basement temp reading above freezing?

I used it all one winter. Temps into single digits and no problems. I also heated the inside. We did run through some fuel but it was cheaper than storage and winterizing. Plus it was ready when the weather broke.

I keep mine in covered storage in WA state. Winters has plenty of nights that go down to the 20's.
Same as Dan I keep Basement heat on and when real cold I add just zone 2 (Floor heat) also. Only on electric AH and I haven't had any issues either.
