Bathroom Light Problem

Sometimes when I punch the pad to turn on the bathroom light it will turn blue indicating the light is on, but it isn't on. So I punch it again and again several times to make it come on. C/S sent me a new pad however it is still doing the same thing. Sometimes it works very well and sometimes not. Any suggestions? 2014 Anthem......

Look very carefully at the 4 pins on the connector in the wall. They are very thin and can get loose and break. Happened to me.

Similar thing with our kitchen under cabinet lights. That was traced to a bad connection behind the fuse panel. They had to replace the entire fuse panel, but no problems since then.

Sonny, I had the same problem a few months ago and I traced it to a cold solder joint on the G5 panel. ( low voltage fuse panel in our 1/2 bath) I was able to reflow the solder other wise the G5 would have required replacement. To test yours ( with the light switch turned on) I would find the fuse for the problem circuit on the G5 and try slightly pulling and pushing on the fuse to flex the circuit board. Have someone watch for the light to come on while doing this. Good luck. Steve
