Mine are the same way. I have to either pull up on the stopper or push down real hard on the stopper handle.

I have to unscrew the little topper and lay it to the side in order to get adequate flow in one of the sinks.

They are usually adjustable you know. Under the sink there are two rods that have a spring clip connecting them one may be flat with holes the other is round

one is in fact the knob you pull to stopper the sink

The other is the lever that lifts the stopper when you push down on knob

Slide the spring clip down a bit on the knob rod or choose a lower hole.

Yes, my sink in the rear bath was just like that. At my PDI last week, Entegra adjusted it and now it works great. Not sure what they did but the are adjustable.

I tried the adjustments wa8, didn't get any difference ..but im no expert plumber il try again I almost feel the inner plastic has to be shaved down from the looks of it since they kind of jam on the side so its not a up down thing more of a side to side issue cuz they pop up properly with your finger because they stick....but I did stop the smelly under sink problem with new 3 dollar each valves

After reading this post, I checked mine in the 1/2 bath of the RBQ and it is fine. DW has not complained on her bath and I am not going to ask for more problems.
