The problem is in the design. When the window is cranked shut the bracket attached to the inner window pane pulls inward (sometimes against very little). With the outer pane touching the outside of the coach first there is constant pressure pulling the two panes apart. The harder you crank it shut the worse it is.

Same thing happened to us in June, 2019 on I-10, East of Tallahasse, during Rush Hour. We heard a fairly loud thud and looked at each other and simultaneously said “What the heck was that?”. Pulled off on the shoulder, put on my lime green vest, walked around the coach looking underneath while trying not to get squashed by the Big Trucks, checked out the Towed and couldn’t find anything. While heading up I-65 theDW uses the half bath and comes back and asks why I left the window open. I’ve never opened the shades in there so it wasn’t me. At the next Rest Area we pull in and I find the entire window, down to the clamp ring is gone. Call Entegra CS and they refer me to Lippert. $450 later I have a window ordered. We plug the hole with 4” styrofoam inside a black construction grade garbage bag and continue on our way. The replacement window catches up to us in late August in Las Vegas at NIRVC. Fast forward to September 2020. We are in Peoria, IL. I was washing the exterior windows and find the same window delaminated. I all Lippert and they agree to send me a new window to our home in Florida. I call Glass Specialist and explain the history of the window. They tell me to get some glass adhesive and puta bead between the two panes of glass and leave sit for 24 hours. Lippert sent the new window which is in the garage. Glass adhesive is still holding tight 7,000 miles later.

We lost most of our factory hard rubber stops on the windows. Through a suggestion on this forum, we added compression style window seals. Does a good job of keeping excess noise out(thank you!), but 757 nails it. With increased resistance, we have to be more careful not over tighten the crank. Any sign of window separation should be addressed with 3M window seal.
Many posts on repair procedure (including mine).

Washed the RV today and discovered that the rear bath window has separated from the crank style opener. Appears that the window is fastened to the crank opener with adhesive. No visible delimitation. Anyone have that problem and what glue did you use?

Vern, use 3M 08609 Window Weld Adhesive. Bought it on Amazon but you might find it at an auto parts store too.
I followed Cruzer’s procedure from this forum and also described my steps in a subsequent thread.
Using the search, you should be able to find it.
If not, let me know, glad to walk you through the process. I wound up repairing all three small ones.

The rear bath window on the OP’s 44B is an emergency exit. Once the window reaches 90 + degrees it falls to the ground. If the window wasn’t properly latched the wind could have caught it and moved it +90 degrees causing the window to fall out.

Window Catching Wind

We made it 25 miles in our 24B and the slide window started making a noise. Checked the crank and it was fully closed. Videoed the windward edge of the glass bowing out about 3/8” at 65 mph. Top and bottom of window was tight. Ended up duct taping leading edge of window and the problem went away. Glass appears to the too thin and allows the air to get under it causing it to bow out. Have a big trip coming up and can’t afford to have the rig sidelined for a couple of months at a dealership. May use a vertically mounted window deflector to keep the wind from the window edge until I can get it to the dealer.

The windows are probably Lippert as they bought Hehr a while ago. They have had issues and a number of Newmar owners have experienced the same problem.

Check the NHTSA site for your coach. Lippert has been recalling those all over the place because the vented window, the part that moves, can debond and separate.

Several Georgetown's between 2014 and 2021 are impacted as well as many other models. Lippert recalled ones from other manufacturers earlier.

Here is the link to the recall. Letter are to be mailed this month (Aug) to registered owners. https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls?nhtsaId=21V529

On Entegras it only effect years 19-21 but the problem has been going on longer than that. Change of ownership.

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Anthem, Aspire, Cornerstone, Insignia, Reatta, and Embark recreational vehicles equipped with Hehr 6400 series windows. The adhesive that bonds the vented portion of the window may fail.

The Odyssey does not appear to be...

...in the recall at this time. I am not currently having the delamination problem at this time, but a glass flexing issue. I attached a photo of the sticker on the problem window. It has Jayco's name and not the manufacturer, but it is probably a Lippert product.
