Batteries
We have a 2016 Anthem and may have to leave it in a place with no power, we have used our auto gen start, but it does not always turn off so I am not confident using it until we have it looked at. The coach will be unattended for 4-5 days.
My question is, if we turn off The coach battery disconnect (switch by the front steps) on the coach will the parasitic draw drain or hurt the batteries sitting with no charge for 4-5 days?

If everything is turned OFF including the inverters at your Magnum remote panels and the battery disconnect at the entrance door you should be fine for a period of 4-5 days. You could also pull the fuse for your CO detector which is in the front electrical compartment below the drivers seat.

What 757 Driver said. If memory serves, 4.5 amp parasitic draw before the total shut offs were installed. (model year '17?)

I believe in Don..............
But Don can give you the AGS settings that should work also. if it starts the genny, the worst that could happen is that the genny runs all the time, but you should be able to pick your shut off point.... I think the longest run is for "float" and that might be a long run, but it should shut down.
What you say Don?

Could set the generator to Auto Start at 12.1v and then have the Auto Stop set to something like 13.8v for 90 minutes will be a temporary solution to making sure your batteries stay at or above 50% SOC and charge up to about 70-75%. To do this would involve keeping the battery disconnect at the entrance door ON and making sure the chargers on the inverters were ON.

Don, to turn the inverters off in storage I have just pressed the off button until the panel says "off" on both panels for both inverters. Is that all that is necessary or do you have to go thru the panel menu and select other settings...or is the simple off button enough (but you need to push it twice to get it off...once to wake it up and then to select off.)

That is all there is to it no need to go into any menu. You can push any button to wake it up and then make your selection.
