Battery charge rate & absorb charge time
Based on the AH rating for the Anthem house batteries the inverter/charger should be set at 2.5 hours for absorb charge. The way I figure the charge rate should be set at 70%, 880AH divided by 5 equals 160 amps that the batteries should be charged at. The two chargers together are capable of 225 amps so 160 divided by 225 equals approx. 70%. Which to me means both chargers should be set to 70% for the charge rate.
Anyone know for sure if this is correct? Noel
