Battery replacement and inverters

Not to belabor the changing house batteries subject (I realize it’s been discussed numerous times) but, getting ready for the project and have a question—disconnect the positive leads to the inverters first- am I correct there are 4 positives total- and does it matter top rack of batteries first or bottom? I have a 16 Anthem, 8 batteries. Negatives- 4 again and does top or bottom matter first?

I did the top rack first just because I figured that anything i cleaned off would be falling on the old batteries, not the new ones.

Each rack is connected to a separate inverter/charger so you only have to worry about the rack your working on.

A piece of water hose does a good job of insulating the positive leads when you remove them.

Later...
