Beeping Shade is a Bleeping !@45>&=#57 Shade

This one is a new one for me....

About a week ago my driver's side front night shade started beeping at me when I attempted to raise or lower the Front Master Night Shades. All of the other front shades would begin to raise or lower immediately while the front driver's would beep for 5-6 seconds before moving with the others.
We could manage with that until we were going to be parked for a few days, until this morning when it just beeped until the other shades were in place and it refused to move. So I took out a new red shade motor and swapped it out. Guess what? New motor had no affect. Still beeps but won't move.
Tried 12v reset twice... no joy.

Any ideas?

I'm just wildly guessing here. My shades only beep when they are being programmed for how far they should unroll at the end of travel and stop and again when you want them to stop at the top of their travel. Never heard them beep at other times.

A quick call tomorrow morning to Entegra is definitely in order.

And those red shade motors are notorious for not being worth a crap long term. I would take that one back out and replace it with a current version (white) and go through the new programming process..... the newest version motors are good.... the red are the worst, and the yellow better but still a POS....

Try the 3rd reboot but wait a couple of minutes. If that doesn't do it, sounds like a shade controller.
