RV One gave us the best price. We have never used them for service so I can't comment on that side but they did beat the price given by NIRVC by a substantial amount. I like Angie and Brett and would have enjoyed doing business with them...but we worked too hard for our money to part with it unnecessarily. And our delivery experience with RV One was excellent.

I bought my Entegra at an unnamed dealer in Dixieland and it quickly became a coach from hell (ever tried driving a coach with toad through Dallas rush hour traffic with the transmission stuck in 5th?). Since we live in the Lewisville area ended up buying the extended warranty from NIRVC and they’ve worked hard and diligently to get me back on the road.

Just visited homecoming and I had no service work scheduled, wow, what a concept! I’m hoping this summer will be the first without significant downtime. But it took NIRVC a lot of effort to help work out all the kinks.

I have to tip my hat to NIRVC as well. On our 17 we got the best price (comparing to RV One and Lazy Days), but more important to us is that for the last 3 years we have had excellent service.

Hopefully their pricing metric will remain competitive as we will probably start looking for a 2020 / 2021 as I can not imagine buying anywhere else and I would think they will need to give service priority to the units they sell.
