I don't think any of us would want to pay the cost of an RV with every screw driven by hand.

Why do we always assume that a problem is always caused by a rush to cut corners. You know sometimes things just happen and it takes awhile for them to show up. The really important thing is how the problem is addressed once it shows up. As for Entegra I have not seen many manufactures that take care of problems as well as they do once they become aware of them.
