Picked our new Anthem up in Florida in mid-Nov and brought her home to Ohio. Found several issues (some minor only a few biggies), so we headed from Ohio to Entegra CS late this past Sunday. Just got off I69 onto 20 west and a pick up truck blew by us with an unsecured recliner in the bed. A semi was coming at us and the draft sucked the recliner out of the p/u and dropped it in the middle of our lane. Of course, since it was dark and we were going up a slight hill, our headlights did not shine high enough to see the upside down recliner until it was too late! BOOM! Ever see what a 49,000 lb. coach does to a brand new power recliner? Now it is a flat recliner!!!
CS has busted their buns to take care of us. The punch list of items will be finished Friday, and the recliner owner's insurance will have their part finished Thursday so CS can finish the Gen door repair. Sounds like all will be finished 1 week later and ready to roll!! Cs has communicated every day with updates. They found a few items they weren't happy with, so repaired them as well. GREAT, GREAT folks!! Great to work with!! Super easy to communicate with!!
So as first time Entegra owners, we are extremely satisfied!!
I think the important thing to remember is they are human, too. They want to help get us back on the road. So be patient, work with them, and friendly communication on our part. Problems happen, these coaches are man-made, and we don't live in a perfect world! GREAT work Entegra CS!!!!!
