Black stuff

Greetings All,

I have noticed that on occasion, black stuff will appear close to or around the AC vents after I have either tan the coach or have driven the coach. Can anyone explain why this happens?

Does it appear to be organic such as black mold or more like soot combined with dust?

Is it on the ceiling above where the top of the slide is when it is in? If so it is caused by water on top of your slide when you bring it in. We have had that. It is easily wiped off. Also since we cook in the coach we wash our ceilings and woodwork on occasion. It's a good practice.

Doesn't appear to be coming from the vent.

We have it also occasionally. The rubber seal will flick water up onto the ceiling when the slide comes in.
