Can someone tell me what's wrong since there is a blinking red light on the panel above the bed and the panel midship by the TV. The midship one doesn't light up and none of the switches on it work. What to do? This is a 3 month old 2015 Anthem DLQ. Thanks.

try rebooting by killing all 12vdc power via the master switch by the door; cyle off for 5-10 minutes then back on. Frequently solves lots of problems.

Thanks Mymyst. I tried re-booting this morning and interestingly, the panel over the bed came back to life but the mid-ship is still completely out with the red light still on but not blinking now! Guess I'll have to contact Entegra Monday morning!

Good morning folks. I have had the problem you are describing and worked it out with tech at Firefly Intergrations(people who made the switches) His name is Ryan, E-mail
Ryanm@Fireflyintegrations.com. He was very helpful.My problem was caused by water leaking into the electrical fuses in the bath.I got the leak fixed and problem was solved.

Thanks Clayton. I got in touch with both Ryan at Firefly and Entegra. They are trying to work it out now so we'll see what the resolve is.

No resolve yet. Seems neither Firefly nor Entegra can figure it out! We're still waiting.

I have something similar. The only switch panel that lights up is the top 1 of 3 by drivers seat every other one in coach does not.

Just an update about the firefly panel located near the TV in the Anthem DLQ. On site repair guy spoke with FF tech, Entegra tech on joint call to resolve that the panel was bad. Received new panel today and plugged it in after shutting down master power for one minute. It all works now and lights up the way that it should so all is well. Thanks to FF and Entegra so that we can have lights!

Thanks for the update! Glad you guys finally got that fixed. Must be a pain not having all your lights. Seems like it took a while to get the replacement part?
