Bose sound system in 2018's-SoundTouch 300

I recently had a the main salon sound bar go bad so RiverPark sent me another. As I was installing it I decided to go through the setup for the subwoofer and the speakers prior to using the little earphones to optimize the sound for the coach. I couldn't get the sound bar to recognize the subwoofer or the speakers. As to the speakers the manual suggests that they should plug into a transformer and then to power before being recognized by the sound bar. I don't know where the speakers are plugged in as they seem to be securely attached to the wall. Anyone have any success with this system in their Cornerstone. If so, what am I missing?

Oh, forgot to mention I called my dealer and their installer didn't call back. Same with Mike at Entegra.

I had a level of success but am not very impressed with the result. Subwoofer is barely noticeable, if at all, and the surround sound speakers put out sound when they feel like it, only at fairly high volume.

To have any chance of a small sound bar system like this sounding good you must run Bose's built-in Adaptiq calibration app. Run the Adaptiq app only after you know all of the speakers are working. It's the microphone on top of the headphones that does the work since it picks up the various sound levels during calibration.

The bass can be adjusted thru the remote or thru Bose's Sound touch app, after the subwoofer has been paired properly.

Thanks, going to make another run at pairing the subwoofer and speakers today. I learned from a video that the bass can also be controlled by the remote. My subwoofer is buried in a cabinet underneath the table. I'll try moving it closer to the sound bar.
