Bose Surround (rear left and rear right speakers)

Hi, Have a 2018 cornerstone and main tv bose sound bar works great with sub. noticed recently that the rear right and rear left speakers stoped working completely.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue and if they know how they are connected how to get them off their wall mounts to inspect (I don't want to yank to hard the wrong way).

Any info would be helpful! thank you...

It happened on my 19. I had to download the Bose app and program the speakers. There was on sheet in my bag of books explaining the procedure. everything work great after that. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/pai...ce-408638.html

There's a "Bose Connect" app that will help reconnect the subwoofer and the satellite speakers. You might try that before you do any disassembly.

Take care,
Stu

There is also a module behind the recliners that powers up the rear speakers. Check to make sure that is plugged into the wall outlet.

When I had this issue, I talked to Bose C/S, and they talked me through it. Rep not only spoke English, but he was in England!
