Well,
it is not the remote, the remote works just fine, it is the Bose speaker system, gonna have it checked out.

That eliminated the easy first. Try unplugging to reboot and might try a different socket.

Bose system
Ok,
I did what Brobox says to do and the power to the Bose system comes on, now I am trying to figure how I can get the sound to come through the Bose, I tried the menu on the Bose remote and well and the TV remote and cannot get the sound to come through the Bose speaker,
I found the owners manual but it was for the Bose remote.

All it usually takes is randomly pushing every button and combination of buttons and Bingo..... these new fangled electronic devices work like a dream...

It's been a couple of months since I've been in my '18 with the Bose sound bar in the bedroom AND I don't often watch TV in the bedroom, so my recollection may NOT be exactly correct...
but...
I recall that the red light on the sound bar is illuminated when the sound bar is OFF.
It seems counterintuitive to me.

thats right red light means off, took me a while to figure that out. i found out a lot of devices works when they won't respond it to unplug and replug and they work Blu Ray, Sound Bar and vega and matrix

What use to be 12v reboot, I am now finding on the newer model it is also 110v reboot.

I had a rented DVD in the player and could not get it to open, And it was a poor movie, i would have had to pay for it, So I bought an exact replacement Blu ray player on line as a spare, but unplugging it made it work perfectly. now i have a spare player and nothing has happened since, its always if your prepared nothing goes wrong

My current project is to figure out the Bose sound bar. after turning off the salesmen switch by the door i noticed the sound bar was on when i turned on the TV so i pushed some button and it went off but got in to the wifi mode then tried to turn that off and couldn't tried turning sound bar back on couldn't
pushing all the button and some how it came on then i shut it off.
There power on for this for that and on and on still dont know how to turn it on and off. it works i just cant stand reading owners manual

On my coach, I did not have surround sound until I synced the speakers. You need the headphone in the bag of books and read the owners manual on how to synce the speakers. There was even a separate sheet with mine. Nothing worked on the surround sound until I follow the instruction to set up the Bose and sync the speakers. It is unreal what a difference it makes. The Bose is one system, on the new coaches, that is worthless unless it is properly setup, mine was not. It is amazing how much better things work after reading manual. Reading my Davy Crockett smoker manual right now.
