Hi all
I wanted to take a little time to share something with all of you.
The other day Betty & I had a small question about our new Aspire that we ordered. When I contacted our rep at NIRVC we didn’t get a response, so I contacted Brett about the question. Brett got back to me within an hr, he was on his way to dinner & took the time to call me.What we found out was that our sales rep Bim Ashford is going through some personal medical issues. For those of you who know Bim, or has had any dealing with the Atlanta dealership, please say a prayer for him, he is a very dedicated person for NIRVC & I’m sure with his family as well. Bim I wish you the best & a speedy recovery.
As far as Brett goes, he surpassed the exceptional reputation that we have heard about him. For him to take the time to call me right before he was entering the restaurant shows he 110% about his customers & goes the extra 10 miles to talk to them, no matter how big or small the concern.
Then the very next day he called me again to see if the question I had was answered ( yes it was ).
I just can’t say enough or have the right words to say how appreciative we are of the NIRVC centers & it’s employees, let alone Brett himself.
He definitely surpasses his reputation.
Lastly, again, please say a prayer for Bim, or if you are going into NIRVC stop & say hi.

Brett is everything his reputation suggests and so much more. Truly one of the finest individuals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Brett is an honest person and I consider him a friend. A true asset for RV owners

Brett is what customer service is all about. I have had the pleasure of having a couple conversations with him, and he is a real gentleman that really cares about his customers!
We all can purchase RV's from many different dealers, but the dealers that really take care of their customers, will rise to the top.

Brett is the primary reason we miss the RV life - others also but he is at the top of our list.

Gary, a gentleman of Emerson's status, wealth and renown could never settle for another Cornerstone. I figure a King Aire will be his minimum re-entry point, and it just might take a Prevost conversion or a Newell to lure him back.

I would have to echo this sentiment. While I have not always taken the low key approach. ( picture old Greek guy with loads of passion).I have had many interactions with Brett on service related issue. He is the consummate professional in everything he does.....Are his dealerships perfect? Nope, and have never seen one that was in over 40 years in the automotive industry.

Brett and his team are building something that will focus on communication with the customer thru new technology.

He is visionary in an industry that is blind...or holding on to the old way of doing business thru poor communication, over promise- under delivery mind-set.
I am confident that Brett Davis will be a big part of revolutionizing the rv industry thru technology that creates a more streamed line process.
