I have watched all of his videos. He is a smart, class act. I'm glad he is in the RV industry.

Brett likes to say that he loves all his children the same, whether he’s talking about his actual children, his many customers, or the manufacturers of the various brands of motorhomes his company carries.
Similarly, I love all of Brett’s videos, but I believe this latest one – RV’s, The Economy & You / Update #2 Part 3 – is extra special. The best twenty minutes and 31 seconds I’ve spent in quite some time. Thoughtful, inspiring, and an ending that will put a lump in your throat.
Well done my friend.

I was glad to see he mentioned the Baker-Hughes rig count, but it is much worse than he mentioned. He is a link to a different graph than he posted.

I am glad to see the rig count continuing to climb albeit too slowly.

Sound bites
My favorite sound bites came from Part 2: "Friends don't let friends buy index funds" and "A rifle will outperform a shotgun when it comes to stock returns for the balance of the 2020's".
IMHO, both are worthy of plagiarism.
Be careful out there.
Take care,
Stu

Great series of video's Bret. You explained things in a way that I could understand and that is saying something. I am honored to consider you as my friend. Thank you.

Very good primer on the Fed and monetary policy that I shared with our kids and older grandkids.
Brett’s ending thoughts reminded me of the last slide in the guidance seminar for my company’s retirement program.
The slide is a picture of a 747 at altitude flying towards a beautiful sunset. Then these words appear at the bottom — “Remember - if you don’t fly first class, your heirs will.”

Great Video. I like the price comparisons. Very well presented and easy to follow. Thanks for sharing.

After watching all of the videos and reducing the numbers to the ridiculous as we use to say when I was in business. I think most retirement investments have gone up much more than the current price of RV's and fuel. However the years to enjoy them have gone down. The DOW was 9,000 when I purchased my first DP in 2002, today it is 34,000, and real estate has followed suit.

Good points Chuck!
I could be semi-depressed by your all-too-accurate observation highlighted above, but I'm choosing not to be. Instead it motivates me to focus on who & what really matters, and to live each day to the fullest.
Thanks for the reminder!

All three videos were terrific. I really liked the last video as well. Puts a lot into perspective.
As others have said, live for today, tomorrow is not promised.
Take care,
