Best to you with your therapy and wishing you get back on your feet soon.

We stayed at Buckhorn going and coming when we went to AZ this past winter. There are no bad sites there. We stayed in a pull thru, a back in (after getting the coach out of the shop for a few days) and one of the pull in's facing the creek/lake. I think the pull thru sites are the best bet.... plenty long and good space between sites. Folks running the place could not be more friendly or helpful. On the way back east, we both had gotten a flu bug and had only made a 2 day reservation. When we told them we were not feeling well and might need to stay longer to get some rest, they quickly found a spot so we could stay a full week.

If you decide to go at a later time, you won't be disappointed.

I made online reservations but will follow-up with a phone call, advance info is appreciated.

We just left BLR a few days ago. We've stayed in the pull throughs and most recently in the Executive (over 55 w/o children). Pictures are the helpful. Depending on how social you want to be, the pull throughs will get you together with more folks. The Exec is more isolated as I read from another responder. We took care of the isolation by wandering around and introducing ourselves.
btw, doesn't look like a scummy pond to me (athough there was a stream that was all scummy). The first pic was my view through the front window of my Aspire.
Regards,
Greg

I'm glad they cleaned things up. This was what our view from an executive site was when we were there.

Speaking of Buckhorn Lakes....the Owners Club will return to Kerrville the last week of May 2017 for another Rally!

Put that one on your calendar. I couldn't get those 3" smoked pork chops out of my head, so we're going back for more.

Go out of your way for this rally!

Ditto here, we stop and buy their smoked ribs left overs every time we drive by. Their pitboss is awesome.

We will plan on being there too, but I don't yet see it on the ECOA calendar. When are you going to have it set so sign ups can begin?

Buckhorn Lake Resort

Great Rally with 69 Rigs and 147 people served, one new owner for a total of (I think) 8. Entegra Coach sent techs, & Ken Walters and Pat Carroll, Motor Home Specialist also sent techs & CEO Donny O'Banion along with 3-2018's, Spartan Chassis sent two reps and Griot's Garage sent one. They also contributed door prizes and MHS was over the top!

Our thanks to all who helped!

Pat & Medarda

That is super to have a "how to" wash your coach rep there. Someone was thinking when they booked the talent for that rally.

Nice photos, thanks for sharing.

Looks terrific - great job of organizing. Mother nature cooperated.

Was the first picture taken with a drone? Nice.

A reminder to those that were here at Buckhorn to check your water filters. I put a new one in just before we arrived a week ago. Swapped it out this morning. Click image for larger version
